I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

First, ensure you're using the correct email or phone number. Tap Forgot password on the login screen to receive a reset link. If the problem persists, contact us at support@chutebyatoz.com with your registered email and we'll restore access within 24 hours.

How do I get a refund for a cancelled or problematic trip?

Refunds are processed automatically for eligible cancellations within 24 hours. For disputed charges, open the trip in the Chute app, tap Report an issue, and describe the problem. Alternatively, use the form above with the subject "Payments & billing". Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How do I update my payment method?

Open the Chute app → Profile → Payment methods → Add or remove a card. All payment data is processed securely by Stripe; Chute never stores your full card details.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Alternatively, visit our Account deletion page to submit a web request. Your account and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except for legally required billing records.

What data does Chute collect and how is it used?

Chute collects location data, contact information, payment details, and usage data solely to provide the ride-sharing service. We do not sell your data to third parties. For a full breakdown, read our Privacy Policy.

How do I become a Chute driver?

Download the Chute Driver app, complete the registration form, and upload your driver's license and vehicle documents. Our team reviews applications within 1–3 business days. Contact us using the form above with the subject "Driver concern" if you have questions about your application.

Is my location data shared with third parties?

Location data is shared only with matched drivers so they can pick you up and navigate to your destination. It is processed by Google Maps for routing and may be retained in anonymised form for service improvement. Your precise location is never shared with third parties for advertising.
